i purchased this Norton 360 Security on 8/24/2020 and it has been canceled with no explination or refund!Revised 1/17/2021, Spent a big chunk out of two days dealing with support, which say it should not have happened. Deleted Norton 360 and reinstalled everything back working, for a day. Then it was cancelled Again! Another chunk of time out of time out of the day dealing with Norton Support. Tech doesn’t have a clue but got it temporally working with only 12 days of subscription. He said he would have to escalate this to a higher support level. There are serious issues with Norton, if I could get a refund I would just drop Norton immediately.

Das Norton 360 Deluxe und ähnliche von Norton (Symatec) Antiviren und Schutzprogramme, kann man gut mit arbeiten. Das Service-Team von Norton ist auch immer sehr Hilfebereit, habe jetzt zum zweiten mal mir neue Lizenzen gekauft, den Kundensupport angerufen und die haben mir diese Lizenzen direkt auf das noch aktive Konto übertragen, so das ich immer wieder neue Lizenz-Schlüssel anlegen muss und somit alles Nahtlos einhergeht.Die Sicherheit dieses Programms ist gem. AV-Test.org immer in alleine drei Kategorien (Erkennung/Schutz; Bedienbarkeit; Beeinträchtigung de PC) mit voll Punktzahlen je 6 ausgestattet. Ich möchte die anderen Schutzprogramme nicht schlecht machen, da diese ebenfalls in der Regel die vollen Punkzahlen erfüllen, jedoch ist Norton am einfachsten zu bedienen bzw. man wird nicht mit zu vielen Meldungen überschüttet und es lässt sich einfach im Netzwerk einbinden, wo hingegen man schon etwas Erfahrung bei anderen mitbringen sollte, da m an hier und da auch den ein oder anderen Schalter manuell noch umlegen muss, bevor das Heimnetzwerk läuft.Wer es einfach, sicher und unkompliziert haben möchte kauft sich einen schon von Norton und wie gesagt bei Problemen ist das Support-Team bereit zu helfen.

My windows 8 (upgraded to windows 10) crashed after I installed Norton 360. Had to wipe my computer. TWICE! My computer is S L O W now, and most of the time can’t access the internet, emails or even to get on Norton’s website. I have complained to them twice, no answer. Says “No Internet” but when I ran a diagnostic it was intact and available. Norton gives me a popup says ” VPN unavailable try again later, or unable to connect”. Said it was compatible with my windows, but it was wasted money for me. I’m going back to AVAST, which I left only due to the cost.

Pros: Simple to install and to configure. One year of headache free security. An exceptionally low price for 5 devices. Thank you Norton.Cons: Would have loved to have received an email with the key rather than all the packaging, transportation, and other things which have an effect on the environment.Closing note: My friends, family, and I have been using Norton products since 1998. We have never had a virus nor has our firewall been compromised. Obviously, a handful of people is a small sample group. Yet, Norton’s security software has been with us for all those years.

Tengo problemas para reinstalar un programa, que antes me ha funcionado perfectamente. Por lo visto hay problemas con el firewall de Windows. Y con otros programas, como podria ser Norton Antivirus. Windows no se actualiza, y no sé qué va a pasar. Igual tengo que formatear el disco duro y empezar de cero. Ya veré, luego, si lo instalo o me quedo sólo con el antivirus de Windows.

Great price. Always use Norton but I admit to having a bit of a huff installing. Anyway suceeded then spent a while clicking & discovered the VPN is not automatic – you have to turn it on if you want Norton’s extra secure connection. Works as expected and sure enough I will be looking to renew in due course.

It doesn’t support many older systems anymore. And the biggest is you have to give Norton a credit card and sign up for automatic renewals or it will not load. I find that ridiculous! I think I’m done with Norton.

I’ve used Norton for years but one annual annoyance is that I’ve always had difficulty loading it. But this time it loaded great…fast and no glitches. I’ve so far loaded it on two laptops – one running windows 7 and one running windows 8. I haven’t yet attempted two iPhones ( 6 & a 5s) plus an iTablet. It arrived on time as promised.
