Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

Every order is fulfilled digitally. Depending on the product, your delivery will include:

• a licence key or activation code, or the account credentials needed to access the software;
• a download link for the installer, usually pointing to the publisher’s own website or an authorised mirror;
• installation and activation instructions where the product requires them;
• your invoice, issued by ESEO SERVICES LTD.

We do not ship physical media, retail boxes or printed documentation, and there is no packaging, postage or customs paperwork involved in any order.

2. How your order is delivered

Your licence reaches you in two independent ways, so you are covered even if one email is delayed or filtered:

1. By email. We send your key and download link to the email address entered at checkout. Please make sure it is correct before paying.
2. In your account. The same details are saved to your order and are available any time at My Account → Orders. You can return to them whenever you need to reinstall.

3. Delivery times

The great majority of orders are delivered within minutes, automatically. A small number are held for the manual review described in section 5, which can take up to 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but if we cannot deliver within 24 hours of a cleared payment we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery costs and destinations

• Delivery is free on every order. There are no shipping, handling or postage charges at any point.
• We deliver worldwide. Because delivery is electronic, there are no customs duties, import taxes or border delays.
• Some licences are region-locked or sold only for a specific market by the publisher. Any such restriction is stated on the product page — please check it before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure.

5. Why an order may be delayed

Orders are screened before release to protect cardholders and to comply with our publishers’ requirements. Your order may be held briefly if:

• it is your first order with us, or the order value is unusually high;
• the billing address and payment details do not match, or the order shows other risk signals;
• payment is still pending or uncleared — bank transfers are released only once funds reach our account;
• we need to obtain or verify a key with the publisher for a less common product;
• we need additional verification from you before release.

If we need anything from you, we will email you. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and refund you in full to the original payment method — we never keep payment for an order we decline.

6. If your order has not arrived

Please work through these steps — they resolve nearly every case:

1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Automated filtering is by far the most common cause.
2. Sign in and open your order at My Account → Orders. Your key and download link are stored there.
3. Check your order status. If it is still “pending” or “on hold”, payment has not cleared or the order is in review.
4. Search your mailbox for “keyforrest” in case the message was auto-filed.
5. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number if none of the above helps. We reply within 1 working day.

If you mistyped your email address, tell us the correct one and we will re-send your order free of charge. Re-sending is always free, however many times you need it.

If your order genuinely was not delivered and is not in your account, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Downloading and activating your software

• Install the software using the download link provided, then enter your licence key when prompted.
• Check the system requirements on the product page before installing. A licence cannot be refunded because a device does not meet the publisher’s requirements.
• Most products are available in several languages; the languages included are listed on the product page, and English is available on every product.
• Each licence covers a set number of devices for a set period, both shown on the product page. Installing beyond that limit may cause the publisher to block the key, and no refund is available if that happens.
• Download links are provided by the publisher or an authorised mirror and may change over time. If a link stops working, contact us and we will provide a current one.

If you have trouble activating, contact us before the 7-day window in our Return & Refund Policy expires. Most activation problems are solved quickly, and a faulty key is replaced free of charge.

8. Keeping your licence safe

Once your key has been delivered, responsibility for keeping it secure passes to you. Please:

• store your key somewhere safe, and keep the delivery email;
• never publish or share a key — a key that is shared or resold may be blocked by the publisher, and cannot be replaced;
• keep your account password secure, since your keys are visible there.

We keep a record of every key issued to you, so we can always re-send your original licence. We cannot, however, issue a replacement licence for one that has been lost through sharing or misuse.
