Not much can be said about the software other than the only option from Adobe if you don’t want a subscription based software (ie. Adobe Acrobat DC). This is the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Acrobat like a lot of software has increased the number of steps to do common tasks. No tool bar to keep most used features at hand. I purchased a download of this software so I could get it faster. Would not let me download “Pending verification”. Finally gave up at midnight and tried at 8 am the next morning. I will never purchase another download from keyforrest.

Acrobat PRO 2017 is a desktop product, with maintenance fees.You can install it on 2 computers, but use it on only 1.A brower plugin lets you convert the current page to a PDF.I have the extension installed on all my browsers and laptops.Create PDF fails without any meaningful message. Failure is due to Acrobat launch on another laptop.Acrobat DC 2017 is a subscription product with the same limitations.

My new Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner came with Nuance PDF software. No contest. Adobe Acrobat Pro runs circles around anyone else’s software. I removed Nuance from my computer — why waste space? I love how Acrobat Pro works, so easy to edit and update documents. I advise taking the time to read the User Manual — lots of special features you may not know about that will come in handy.

I love adobe acrobat. I’m not the best at software. This program is easy to work with and does so much. Make it easy and quick editing documents.

I would not suggest buying software from anyone but the actual software company, such as Adobe.com. I have had frustrating issues both time I did and wished I would have bought it direct.

Went from Adobe Pro X to this version. Love the conversion abilities – can convert a photo of a document into a searchable PDF! Also, love the ability to enhance an image to make it more readable. Digital signature is great. Does a much better and cleaner job than X at predicting form fields. Conversion to Word and Excel are better than previous version. This product is wonderful. It fills in all of the gaps missing from X. Everything is easier in this version. Just go ahead and get it – you will be so happy that you did! The learning curve is not very steep. Use it for 30 minutes and you’ll figure out where everything is located and how it works!

I downloaded this $449 product from keyforrest because my Acrobat 8.0 would no longer work in Win 10/64.Intended obsolescence on Adobe’s part. Like purchasing an auto and having the manufacturer the ability to disable the start key after “X” years. The download was easy.Authenticating the owner’s key was another horrible, tedious issue.After 60 mins of nonsense and my key rejection, I selected “trial” which then ultimately accepted my ownership key, purchasedfrom keyforrest, at download. keyforrest needs to address this!!!

I was previously registered with adobe with the email address I used to activate Adobe Pro 2017 and it would not let me activate the software. I had to call Adobe support and complete a form before they assisted me in activation of the program.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! We paid for Adobe PRO & the download key we were given was for Adobe STANDARD so the program wouldn’t work. When we notified keyforrest’s customer service of the issue, they argued with us & didn’t want to give us a refund even though this was their error. I FINALLY got them to agree to issue a refund, after much arguing, but who knows how long it’ll take for them to actually issue the refund! :-/

Just another opinion –
This is, without a doubt, the very worst, ugliest, least user friendly piece of bloatware I have ever had the misfortune to pay for. I am livid that I can’t get my money back. I installed it just fine, but when I tried to compare two documents, it took LITERALLY, BY MY WATCH 30-90 seconds to move from one page to the next, or from one comment to the next. I have never seen anything like it.

While the commands in 2017 are different than other professional versions, the internet instructions help me to find elements that I have used in the past . I am enjoying the ease of editing in 2017 Pro and also while I had trouble with Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 not converting some documents correctly into a pdf, Pro 2017 works well and I’m glad I was able to purchase the program.
